How do I prepare my hair for my appointment?
See instructions on Hair Prep page. Please follow instructions to avoid prep work fee.
Do you have a wait list?
No, there are no waitlist or cancellation list. Please continue to check frequently for any available openings.
Does my deposit go towards my services?
Yes, the deposit secures and holds your appointment.
Do you only cut curly hair?
No, We cut all hair types.
Where are you located?

How long is the haircut appointment?
Haircut time is about minimum of 2 hours depending on you length and density.
What does the haircut include?
Dry/Wet cut, wash, style, dry and refine. Only wash and go for curly clients. Additional fee for blow out with Olaplex treatment.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, consultations through email only. Consultation is included in your haircut service.
Is there parking around the area?
Yes, there are plenty of parking garages within the area, as well as street parking. If you are not familiar with Manhattan, please make sure you pre locate the area prior to your appointment. It is highly recommended to allow yourself enough time in case of any traffic and public transportation delays to ensure an on time arrival for your appointment. Punctuality is greatly appreciated.
What form of payments do you accept?
For online deposits all major credit cards. For the rest of the payments, all major credit card or Cash (non taxable and some savings). We appreciate your generosity, we take cash only for tips.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
We have a 48 hours cancellation policy. Check under Policies page for more details. You can cancel your appointment by going to your confirmation email when you booked, once you cancel, your deposit will be refunded. Allow about 3-7 business days to transfer back into your account.
