CANCELLATION

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits are refundable (minus processing fees) if cancelled within this window.

 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit.

 

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied to your service.

HAIR PREP

 

COLOR SERVICES

Color appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance—no exceptions.

 

Please follow the Haircut and Hair Color Preparation Guide before your appointment to avoid additional fees or delays.

 

LATENESS

Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a late fee will be charged, and your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, resulting in a forfeited deposit.

 

Our salon is located near Times Square, where traffic and parking can be unpredictable. Please plan ahead.

 

APPOINTMENTS​

All appointments must be booked online. No walk-ins.Most services require a minimum of 2 hours—please plan accordingly.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY

  • We accept all major credit cards and cash (cash payments are non-taxable and it provide savings).

  • Gratuity is appreciated , cash only preffered.  We have Zelle or Venmo as options.​​
